Great staff, excellent service. Food is awesome . The room was spotlessly clean

Suit and delux rooms were clean and well kept. Good location and it near the temple. Parking, lift and staff behaviour was good.

Room was very neat and clean. Food served was tasty and amazing. Hotel is just one kilometer away from temple

I booked the hotel close to 12 midnight and checked in immediately. the hotel staff are kind. besides despite makemytrip standard condition of checking out by 10 am, they were kind enough to allow us to stay till 6 pm without any extra charge. the rooms were clean. they should focus on improving food quality.

We didn’t enjoy the stay. The room was not cleaned every day. Choice of food is very bad for vegetarians. Not a good place for family stay. Even water was not kept in the room daily. Not a recommended place and not worth the price. First day the water heater was not working. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone for stay.

Finding the property was easy as location was accurate in G map. Room was clean and big enough. Washroom was way too big and perfect. TV and other equipments were perfect. Food was okay. Stay was comfortable. 70% chance that I would opt this hotel for my future stays in Chengannoor.

This is a 3star hotel which is being managed in lines with a simple lodging facility. Reception, staff is absent on many occasions. Understaffed front office. The common areas and corridors to rooms ac is not on. Restaurant &room service average.

Booked a suite room for 3 adults and the room was spacious and clean. They have kept all the required things from toiletry to towels neatly. Only flaw was they should have arranged the 3rd additional bed in advance or i assume 3 pax suite by default should have 3 beds. Have not tasted their food. Not much shops nearby as it is located in small town. Good for calm stay.

Terrible stay, no one there to pickup the call. Breakfast only one item and starting on after 9. Am. Totally feel bad

We as a family enjoyed our stay at empire residency. Being a new property, cleanliness was superb. The staff at the reception was also very supportive. Enjoyed the stay.

Rooms are spacious and good service but room is not fit for senior citizens our suit room was in 1st floor but after reaching the room door we have to take 3 steps down. As room is below the floor level. And bathroom is 3 feet high and we have to clii-mp 3 steps for senior sitisond like us room is unsuitable

It was very nice stay i had with empire. Behavior of staff and room service was excellent.

We have stayed here overnight and found it excellent. Though the location is a bit away from city its recommendable for a comfortable stay.

Size of the room is vary good.

Nothing as safety, no shower bath as no hot water. No mineral water, poor cleanliness, poor staff strength, but the only good thing was the available two guys were hard working and trying there best.
