I have booking in varkala hotel but received the location is kilimanur, kindly help me to revise the book to varkala

They haven’t opened the doors for me to board in the hotel…. It was utterly disaster as they made wait for whole night and they hvent opened the door

Room and Bathroom was clean….but bed sheets had hole in them….ambience while entering the hotel is not good for family….coz there is a bar at the entrance….and it smells horrible.

Not even worth for @500 tariff. Unprofessional staff. They dont even know about my booking. Hotel shut down. No water in toilet. Pathetic experience.

Its a bar and hotel, and on top they have rrooms. Shutters will be opened late, at 10 am. We miss took it as projected it as a hotel only. Bathroom door locksup, had to call boy couple of times.

room is ok. issue with hot water. owner is little friendly. cost is too much.

It was a short trip to chengannur. Stay was comfortable but when we reached early morning at 5. 00 a. M. Hotel was not opened despite our calling them over phone more than 7 or 8 times. Later they opened at 6. 30 a. M. Only.

That day i booked for family room and paid for them for an amount nearly about more than 3k. But that day i got a double room which room hotel people has a rate of rs. So i became very tensed and quarrel-led with hotel people hens e it was a family trip with my two children. So i got a little big room there wee lots complaints like no sufficient space, ac not working, water blockage in bathrooms, etc, it was very terrible for me. So never ever i'll try for any for hotel bookings.

Actually it’s good for Bachelors. For family stay, I would not recommend as there is no inside door locks for privacy. However the toilets were clean and the Staffs were good and polite. Overall stay was good as I was a single traveler. kindly I request to please fix door locks inside.

Location was good. Room was spacious and clean. Bad thing is lot of mosquitoes. Suggest to go for air-conditioned room

Very spacious, clean-full, nice location.

It was horrible, staff behaved indecent to me and was rude food was not provided from restaurant, ugly horrible rooms, no fan at all. Bad facilities.

Maintenance was pretty bad, not worth the money.

Will not recommend for family stay. Ok for bachelors stay.

Near to Station, good place for couple of days

We booked this room on our way to Sabarimala. The hotel is just 1.2 km away from railway station and is at walkable distance. Staff was really helpful and room was very clean. Haridas was the attender who provided us great service.

Good Hotel for a short stay! Economic with all basic facilities.

I reached hotel premises at 2 am. There were no lights and nobody was available at the hotel. Only after contacting hotel management over phone somebody reached and let me in. That too after a long time. It was a very bad experience.
