Facilities were good. Was a comfortable stay. Good room service too. Hair dryer did not work. Restaurant is expensive. Generally it was a good experience.

A warm welcome with a smile at check in time will make the stay memorable.But I felt like whether I have stepped in to a police station , the persons at check in counter were rude and without much politeness. The facilities in rooms were not as expected considering the amount paid.They need to retrain their a nutshell an average stay with a high price

safe and comfortable stay at Ashoka Inn
Good location, staff and clean accomodation. Four days of stay was comfortable and hotel is known to most travellers to Thrissur.

Guest roaming near the corridor totally alcoholic when we checked in
familyWe are terribly upset when we checked in the room . A person was in front of the room fully drunk and partially without cloths. The hotel was very nice but now it has become a hell. I will not stay there in future. The food was good but everyday there are so many parties and the staff doesn’t know how to manage. A terrible day for the family person.

Stay away from this hotel
I booked ashoka inn for my elderly parents, expecting a comfortable stay Instead, the experience was a nightmare. The hotel allows disruptive parties on the floor above, resulting in constant banging and loud noises well into the early hours. Complaints to both the reception and the manager were met with empty excuses and an appalling lack of concern. The staff's blatant indifference was infuriating and unacceptable. When the hotel staff refused to address the issue, i had no choice but to involve the police. This place clearly prioritizes profits over guest comfort and clearly doesn’t care about customer experience. Avoid this substandard hotel if you value a peaceful and restful stay.

Reception experience was not good, that young inexperienced boy was very rude and arrogant. Need to focus on service need to focus on the food quality that the hotel restaurant serves

Good Stay
Property is fine, food and breakfast is too bad. For such a high price they are delivering low quality food. I will never choose this hotel again due to their poor quality food.
