Review Of Hotel Ashok International Thiruvalla

Hi... I had 2 Nights and 3 Days stay at Ashok international Hotel. As I was traveling alone safety was my biggest concern. But I had a safe and good stay the hotel. Staff is friendly and location is also near to public transport.

Room are good. Restaurant service unacceptable, not comfortable. Location wise, not an acceptable place.

Average cleanliness. Can stay if for a night attached bar. Lots of noise heard in the room from program conducted in the hall upstairs. However the hotel staff were friendly and accomodating.

The hotel is at a central location. Good and neat rooms for the money spent. Food was ok. Car parking is ok

Special mention : as senior citizens we really appreciated the fact that mr mathew kindly consented to flexible check-in and check-out time. Overall the cleanliness, restaurant service, quality of food and the ambience were excellent. Tq jishnu, akhil and mathew ( family restaurant)

Stay was pleasant and comfortable. In the heart of thiruvalla town with easy access to conveniences.

This hotel was clean. Rooms were good. It's in a great spot, so you can easily get around. Good place to stay!

Location very good, very hygienic, but breakfast options are less. Staff behaviour is good. Excellent service.

The breakfast was worst.

Location: in heart of thiruvall main town, easily accessible to railways, ksrtc bus stand and private bus stand. Autos taxis easily available. Taxis are overpriced to go to nearby places. Food: not everything in menu available but still staff courteous enough to customise. Breakfast have only one item as buffet, yet staff was courteous to make another one on request. Overall ok experience with food. Suggestion: to inform guests one night before what is in breakfast next day, especially those who are paying breakfast complimentary through mmt. Amenities: room was spacious. Twin bed room and king sized bed rooms both were good. Had almirahs. Both hot and cold water was there in bathroom. Hair dryer was also there. Had coffee satchets and one water as complimentary. Services : staff was polite and we'll mannered. They are courteous to guests.

Services are not upto the level of satisfaction. - like no coffee upto 8. 30 am. Breakfast also only after 8. 30 am. No complimentary mineral water to room

The restaurant starts only at 8. 30 that means till then you get nothing. Very bad experience

Enjoyed my recent stay, although the duration of stay was only few hours. Spacious and clean bedroom and bathroom they can provide small hand towels, refill the empty soap dispenser, replace the damaged trash can in the bathroom, provide coffee packs in addition to the tea bags. The water heater for coffee making was rusted inside. For free breakfast they can provide some more variety instead of single item.

Please note all the rooms have double bed which have jointed for single use. No king or queen size beds
