Review Of Hotel Bessota International

On 11.11.2025, I booked three AC rooms at Hotel Besota International . The rooms given to me were 603, 604, and 606. When I arrived, the lift was not working and had been out of order for two days. There were no staff or facilities to help carry the luggage. There was also no proper parking facility for vehicles. When I informed the reception, they promised to fix everything, but nothing was done. One of the rooms had a non-working AC, and the water pressure in the taps was very low. Overall, it was a very bad experience

situated in center if thiruvalla city. east acess for public. good room, silent nature, good staff with parking

Average room…. Bed sheets not neat. Food - bad. Spoilt chicken served

1)Breakfast was very bad, only chapathi and dal curry 2) The car parking area was dirty and the path way from car parking to hotel was very bad

I already paid the amount before check in. but theystill made me wait at the time of check out and they checked that if I paid the amount or not. And the AC was not working properly. Stay was comfortable. Staff behavior was good

Overall a good stay, food was good, staff were very helpful & courteous, it was a wonderful experience.

Room was good, service was also good, but the AC didn't worked properly, there was disturbing sound came from that AC and the Door lock was not running properly.

Location easy on Google maps.Amenities are okay.i arrived late and they were okay with my late check- in.Since I had only 1 night stay I cannot comment on the food since i never had it there.Bed was okay and got good sleep. The hotel rate was cheap for 2 people.

It was so good. The staff are well-behaved, especially the canteen staff. It is a neat and calm place. I love the food. Privacy-wise, it is also good. If I plan to come here, I will definitely choose this place. It is such an affordable place.

Hot water was not available in the morning for bathing. Request to the hotel was made very clear. Carpet in front of the bathroom not provided resulting in we feet when coming out and chances of slipping very high.

i really like the room and arrangement. the room is very clean and well maintained. room survice and food is also good. am really impressed stay with bessota international, thiruvalla... i have visit so many hotels but its is the best for me ❤️ thank you

Rooms were not clean. Very bad order allover. Spider web inside the wardrobes. Dirty Beed sheets. Bathrooms were not clean. Very incompetent staffs. I strongly suggest, don't ever book this hotel.

I actually liked the stay in hotel bessotta. Their services are good enough.

The hotel is 600m from the railway station.. room is average.. clean sheets and room.. but no hot water, no power.. breakfast is average. Food options are soo less and not at all good.. air conditioning also useless.. overall they are better hotels at this price.. not recommending anyone

Excellent amenities, very well maintained, very neat surroundings, courteous staff, excellent locality with railway station, bus stand, markets, hospitals nearby.

Location was good with easy access to railway station, bus stand, shopping centre's, banks, hospitals, good restaurants and eateries. Staff were very courteous, room was well kept with all accessories, exceptionally clean toilet bathroom and surroundings.
