Hello Piyush! Really sorry to hear about your experience. However rooms on MMT are discounted so in order to upgrade your actual booking you have to pay the actual room rent.
about cleanings
soloBed sheets and blankets are not so much clean and too much mosquitos and no good night machine is available some spots are present on the bed sheets
