Property is well located, little bit old. Not well managed. Mattresses & Towels are very old & un-pleasent. AC & Shower is not properly working. Food is good in taste and quantity. Overall 3 rating.

Property is nicely located and almost equidistant from all major areas in Baddi. Rooms are spacious and properly maintained. Food quality of in room dining is good and service is excellent. Reception person is approachable and warmth shown while welcoming guests. Only concern is quality of buffet breakfast which was not at all good.

It's dirty and stained linen and dirty towels. Not a friendly atmosphere. Cheap mentalities and money minded. Hotel entrance is filled with drainage water and surrounded by truck parking area

The only positive aspect of this property is its location. Unfortunately, the food quality was below average. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly. When i contacted housekeeping for assistance, they falsely claimed that a technician would arrive shortly, but no one ever came. As a result, i had to endure a stifling night's sleep.
