I recently booked a hotel named "ashish" on your platform, only to realize there were multiple hotels with the same name. Immediately after booking, i contacted your customer care team to cancel the booking. Despite understanding your no-refund policy, i expected some assistance since i canceled right after booking. Additionally, i believe there could be a potential fraud with hotels having the same name. I checked the outside area of the hotel, and it was terrible, not meeting the standards expected from your platform. This location is not recommended for anyone, and i strongly suggest you review and blacklist such hotels to maintain the quality and trust of your services. However, i have not received any response or refund so far. I request you to kindly look into this matter and assist me with a refund or at least provide some resolution.
