I recently booked a hotel named "ashish" on your platform, only to realize there were multiple hotels with the same name. Immediately after booking, i contacted your customer care team to cancel the booking. Despite understanding your no-refund policy, i expected some assistance since i canceled right after booking. Additionally, i believe there could be a potential fraud with hotels having the same name. I checked the outside area of the hotel, and it was terrible, not meeting the standards expected from your platform. This location is not recommended for anyone, and i strongly suggest you review and blacklist such hotels to maintain the quality and trust of your services. However, i have not received any response or refund so far. I request you to kindly look into this matter and assist me with a refund or at least provide some resolution.

The hotel rooms are worst. There are rats in room zero hygiene. Bed sheets were damaged and smelled bad. They turn of the ac every few hours then you have to ask them to turn it on. No food available there is a tv but it’s not working. The bathroom is not functional at all. Shower don’t work neither the commodes. The lift is totally a mess you can even open you eyes or you’ll puke. The lift is hell.
