Hotel location is upper hili area, showing hili station view very good. room is cleaned and staff are very good. food quality and service are excellent

The Property is very clean and behavior of the Staff of the hotel are very polite and only unhappy with breakfast.

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant in the deluxe room (top floor) although the only setback was there was no window in the room. A special mention about Pawan bhai who took care of us and made our stay comfortable and great. We hope to visit again.

Hotel Arms is situated in remote place.Not at all comfortable. Food is too costly and food items are fewer. Amenities are very few and pathetic particularly in bathroom. no self/rack is available for putting soap, shampoo,shaving kits etc.no table is found in bed room.Tv is there but not functioning.Bed matress is discomfortaable. Not recommended to book this hotel.

Rooms are clean, nicely arranged with decent amenities. Close to market. Very well behaved staff. Good food quality.

It was a good experience overall. I found customer service was very good. Staff are very polite and cooperative. They helped me in getting khichdi for my 1 yr old baby. That was really a great help for us. Overall experience was really good. Though i was expecting an room with bath tub, which i have seen while booking through mm t but it was without bath tub. It was the only setback i found during my stay.
