Comfortable stay!
Rooms are spacious and the staff behaviour is also cordial. My family liked the food at their restaurant a lot. It was a good stay.

Very terrible experience of aravalli hotel, mukteshwar
Everything is worst, from reception to room to restaurant, completely unhygienic atmosphere in room and restaurant, no facility of intercom, smell was coming in blankets, door lock was not working in both rooms, there is no fan in room, staff was poor trained, no basic sense to serve the food mmt system is very poor to register and monitor hotels, need to review system

Really a bad and pathetic service
I reached at 9 pm at night and i asked for mosquito liquid hoteller reverted please turn of light and mosquito won't bite you and against one room we request asked for complementry brekfast they refused to do it in the morning after argument he said u won't get breakfast if u give negative review then we said it is our right then they said at one condition we give you breakfast 2 allu paratha for one person. And i asked for manger one guy is there with unprofessional behaviour this our pathetic experience which we have faced after paying 6200 rupees i won't suggest this hotel to any one better place tent against this property.

You forcefully asked us to let 5 people stay in a room which we allot only to 2 people. You also did a booking in which breakfast was not included and still you requested for free breakfast. You also threatened us that you would give negative review if we do not provide free breakfast. And then we agreed to give free breakfast only because you had a child along with you. You cannot expect a hotel to provide 5 people stay in a 2 people only room and on top of that also provide free breakfast! we did a favour to you by accepting all your requests as we considered you were a decent family with a child. Unfortunately, our judgement was wrong.
Excellent stay
The stay and location was excellent. Safety and hygiene were notable. Food was little expensive tahn what it should be for this location. Otherwise, taste was good.
