    Worst service and hygiene. We found big black spider in our room and we found multiple hair in food. Staff behaviour was not at all professional. Lift got failed multiple times causing us stay stuck inside and had to climb floors by stairs multiple times. Not at all value for money. Very bad experience. Not recommended at all.

    Newly built rooms and locations are amazing. Food is not good need to more work on this. Overall great experience, the apple orchard farm view from the balcony.
