Extra payment pay rs. 500.

Hotel anantha by wb inn does not exist at the given location. When asked. They took us to some other location. They has 2-3 other hotels of the same name. Anantha this anantha that worst experience. Rudely behaviour. We have checked out with no refund. And booked some other place. Makemytrip should confirm the said property before enrolling.

Everything was control from reception like geyser and ac we need to tell to reception to turn on actually reception should turn on when there check in

It was a very small room, even door lock was not proper,

Location is good food also very tasty provide quickly service

hotel sunrose maharaja is closed permanently, they have shifted us to AJANTA YATRI NIWAS.. where a compact room of two beds was given to us (3pax).. and no drinking water was given, we had to purchase 3 bottles of water ₹25each.. higher than MRP.. geyser was not that worthy, NO BREAKFAST WAS GIVEN.. The worst ever experience.

Not a very clean place, hotel owner switching off the ac from their side even that time when we are in a room. So repeatedly need to ask him that switched on that ac. Hotel owner is bad at commitment. Room phone was not working so need to ask him by going downstairs for the tiny things. Room cleaner were very kind an r generous and helpfull.

Keep this property for last among-st your choices

Wash have to clean good. Need to recheck electricity points. Hot water bath arrangements have to be done. Parking is not available good for car.

Needs to improve a lot in hospitality. I think mm t is here only gold digger not for its customer’s satisfaction goal.
Door lock not working properly, bath room no lamp, not provided the towel. Poor cleaning of the room area.

Hotel is good for nothing, very bed quality of food is provided, hotel management is not ready to gave bill making useless excuses.
