The experience with chillout space was horrible they tell you that the electricity issue is there while checking in not before that and in our stay second day electricity was not there from morning and didn't return for four hours when contacted to property manager she said some issues with meter and will return by 10 to 15 minutes but as we inquired with local people they said there is a major issue and electricity won't return for whole day.
so we told the manager that we are checking out and refund our second day money.
The actual owner and I spoke all the time was not even answering the calls.
The make my trip also said they can't do anything about it never do booking .
without checking all the details of property they are listing it on their platform.
After promised also chillout space didn't return my money.

You had an amazing stay day1, day 2 there was a power cut in the area completely which is something out of our hand, inverter was available and fan and lights were working, you within 2 hours created so much havoc and asked that you wanted to checkout, which you did eventually. Host was through out in coordination with you assisting and explaining but in Vain.
We do understand probably you did expect that at all and we are very sorry that we could not do as per your expectations.
But you did receive refund from the host so lying on this platform regarding this and unnecessary talking bad about the property is not ethical at all.
Your anger or getting upset is understandable but communicating wrong information is unethical.
