centrally located property. could have been maintained better. at least water bottle as a complementary not given. Later when enquired about the price, MMT price was high compared to offline booking.

The hotel we had stayed at shivmog is amma recidency. We had a very bad experience in that hotel. The toilet flush was not working. Beds are not clean. We have to change 2 rooms after giving complaints of room one by one. Sir i will give average instead of bad.

Worst stay here at amma residence shivmoga food is also not good and worst ambience and they don’t treat customer as well

I have never experienced like this hotel. Rooms are worst and pathetic. Cleaning are very poor. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are not cleaned and it's not fit for family. Pathetic condition when checked in had to wait for for very long time to get it cleaned. Also the rooms are very small and no place for extra bed

This hotel provides the best service in shimoga town very friendly management and staffs, i was with my girl friend, we feel very safe and comfortable at the hotel and it was a memorable stay. Thank you guys for you hospitality
