The overall experience was good especially for transit as the hotel is located near the metro station. The hotel staff was cooperative

The prices are too expensive and the hotel is charging alot of money also the hospitality is bad

Dear team, i hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my feedback on my recent stay at hotel amber suite in mumbai’s marol pipeline area. While the rooms were adequate, i was disappointed with the cleanliness and lack of complimentary amenities, such as water. Additionally, the entrance area appeared unkempt and littered with garbage, which detracted from the overall hygiene of the hotel. I believe these issues could significantly impact the experience of families staying at the hotel. I hope you will take these concerns into consideration and implement necessary improvements. The staff at the hotel is lovely, supportive, and generous and the room i was staying in was decent for a short-term stay. However, they may need to work on two things: 1. Please make sure that the entrance to the hotel is clear or not obstructed by trash carts 2. A little more attention to details, especially, cleanliness of bedsheets and so on. The property is otherwise very clean and efficient. However, some rooms, due to space restrictions, may not have a window. Good and stronger exhausts would help.

They don't know the meaning of the hotel. They have to go school and learn how they have to manage the hotel for guests. Its the worst hotel ever.

I will not gonna book that hotel again in my life because of location 🤮 so dirty location, very bad smell and also mosquitoes in room .

They didn't allowed for check in at night. So had to cancel it without any refund

The sarrounding of hotel, area of hotel is very dirty, full of dirt and garbage, lot of mosquito, there is a public urinal beside of hotel, it's smelling terrible. Very small and conjusted rooms, i have booked for a day and charges was rs 2500- not value for money. Room was small but clean.

The hotel is good for price i guess, but surrounding are shading. Good cheap food joints. The manager and staff are amiable and cooperative

We were booked for 3 nights. Located in andheri, near the airport road metro station, this hotel is well suited for travellers on a budget. The neighborhood has plenty of economical eateries and bars. Commuting is easy because of the close proximity to the metro station. The hotel is a bit small though.

Kindly do not post such property we didn’t stay there as it looks so unsafe and i whould seek for refund for sure not a wroth place to stay

First, the positives. It's a neat and clean place thought rather too small for comfort. Good beds, linen and toiletries. However, the surrounds are offputting. Actually terrible. The hotel is actually situated in a slum area! there's a garbage dump right outside the entrance. Also, our allotted room wasn't ready upon our arrival and we had to wait for some time. Next day, the room was not cleaned and we had to again wait for almost 20 mins in the evening when we returned back for the room to be cleaned. This place should be best avoided unless one is desperate.
