Property is neat and clean. It is nearby temple. Staff was very supportive

We had a great stay! The hotel's prime location made it convenient, and the parking facilities were excellent. The restaurant served delicious food, and the service was prompt. The staff were friendly and attentive. The king-size double bed and room were spacious, with a clean bathroom and a good shower with strong water pressure. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Compare to my earlier stay, This time it was completely disappointing. Wear and tear of rooms no cleaning etc.

Worst experience for payment no service available for stay no hot water available. Moreover bedsheet was dirty and basic facilities. It was average not so good, no hygiene maintain in hotel. So it was worst experience they improved there basic emities.

No cleaning rooms. No rooms facility, No service. Dirty rooms. We change the rooms immediately so smells. When we rooms advance booking, we reached no facility. Change rooms from 111 &112, to 103 & 104:. Please refund all amount with interest

Bad smell in rooms tv is not working average hotel only this hotel near to temple and market not good maintain this hotel not very well clean hotel not provide mosquito refill not provide any kind of service.

I have been staying in this hotel for long but it needs renovation now, the owner is a nice person, staff is co operative, location is cool, it is out of congested area but well connected, only point is a customer now a days expect better deal. Should pay some more attention,

Shower was not working. Room service is late. So it was not good. Location of hotel is very good. It's was not like MMT assured hotel like previous hotel which I have stayed at maunt abu. Hotel is cheaper on MMT. As per room rate.

Hello After paying such a good amount ... Reception is not up to the mark. Counter staff not in uniform or proper dress. After taking booking id take too long to find reservation ... Talkibg on phone instead of attending me .. Not good experience. Even bathroom is stinking. Never recommend to anybody OK thanks

The stay was good overall we selected the hotel especially due to parking facility. The food was good and the service was also up to the mark. The location was near the temple so it was easy to visit.

Hotel location is good but room service is not good I stayed one night but 3 to 4 ti. E I called to reception but not picked phone and room AC is window and like 10 years old so suggection to hotel management to change room AC overall good. Also suggection to MMT that are

We went to this place as it showed better ratings than other places in the town. They upgraded our room. The room had two ACs but none worked. Room wasn't very clean and all workers looked untrained. We somehow survived the night & checked out early in the morning.

Nothing like super or deluxe category ordinary room with old model window. AC emitting heavy noise even KUMBHKARNA cannot sleep in that noise. No hot water, bucket provided after demand. Very poor room service no morning breakfast was provided, delayed tea but provided on demand. Breakfast made available from outside lunch and dinner only THALI was available. Food quality below average. Overall MMT must remove this hotel from its offer record.

It was good to be staying in the hotel which was close to the mandir and the market. Staff was cooperative and remove bedsheets etc when asked. Parking was fine with the hotel. Can be used for short periods staying

Ho? El is located just 10 mins walk from Temple. Staff is nice and humble. Gujarati Thaali in restaurant is value for money. Nice hotel to stay for a day with family. They needs to work out on Cable connections in room. Picture quality in TV was poor. Overall good.

Hotel stay was good but I am not completely happy with the room service though. Hotel is at good location and temple is just 10 minutes away from there. I am happy with the staff over there, they have guided us very nice regarding queries related to place.
