I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. They maintain high standards of Cleanliness and Hygiene. I would like to recommend it.

It's a good and clean hotel. Staff were nice and polite. Located centrally. Food is too good and good quantity of food. Located near a market so good if anyone wants to chill out.

In general, we found the hotel pretty decent. Nothing bad to write about neither nothing excellent to boast about.

Enjoyed the stay here. Centrally located, calm and quiet ambiance, aesthetically decorated, polite and cooperative behaviour of staff, view of great Himalayas from many of the rooms will compell me to stay in the same hotel in my next visit to Dehradun.

The hotel is located in main town area. The rooms were clean, washrooms were spacious and clean too. We got complimentary breakfast and the food and service was pretty good. Reception staffs were very helpful. The roof has a small seating area but no restaurant.Overall a good experience. Totally worth the money

Stayed about one and half day. Lift out of order all the. Times. Reception is on 1st floor, b/f on second floor. Was very difficult to climb stairts

Lack of hygiene, dirty upholstery, dirty carpet,not enough hot water. Same and 2 options in breakfast. Poha was served everyday which became hard and chewy till last day… I feel it was the previous days poha served everyday

Hotel alaya is a small hotel in a very central location in dehradun close to bhel chowk. The staff here are very welcoming, courteous and polite. Rooms / washrooms were clean. It almost feels like a brand new property. A mini refrigerator, tea kettle, tv etc are available as amenities. The rooms have balconies with a sit out that you can enjoy in good weather. Each room has individual split ac units. The beds are king size, very comfortable and the linen is clean. Service is a little slow. They have a single number to dial for all your needs whether it be housekeeping, room service, laundry, concierge or anything else you need. Parking is available in the basement as well as kerbside. Accessibility for people with special needs is a q mark because you either go through the basement for the elevator or you need to climb about 10 steps to get to the ground floor. The reception is on the first floor. Overall, a good experience at the alaya. Good location and value for money.
