No early check in allowed even rooms available, complementary breakfast available at 10am itself, no one informed in prior also worst.

I had a bad experience on the very day and hour as the facility person did not accepted to give early occupation by an hour without payment for the sweet. I had booked three rooms and I had to pay for two rooms. it left a sour taste.

Did not provide towel and room was not that clean I can see dust around and toilet was dirty, I have to wait 1 hour to get drinking water from the reception

Hi we have taken 2 rooms one is super deluxe which was good and comfortable,while coming to deluxe it was too smelly where my in-laws where unable to sleep whole night it was suffocating.Though we informed this to hotel reception person no one actually bothered to come and check.

Hotel not clean. bed sheets not good. Room too not up to clean. Too much narrow and no space. not Preferred for family stay.

We booked a single room for three people but there was no place to put an extra bed for a third person...but they charged for three members.

Good near to Eluru Railway station. Hygiene atmosphere, good house keeping, but South Indian food not available.

No hot water

Stay at this hotel is average, wash rooms are nightmare, health faucet is leaking and no hot water though they promised. Room is good. Staff are reserved, not clear in their part what actual to do. Regarding breakfast though i am in eluru where we can get soft idly and delicious dos a but i left like i am in gujarat so average was the breakfast. Only positive is rob o restaurant at4thfloor where food is tasty and served in little possible time. During check in a caution deposit of rs. 500will be collect as backup of misplacement of room card which is quite funny, during checkout they will return it back.

Room is good. Maintenance is good. Food is bad. Even idly is stale and there's isn't any tea. The last has audacity to say it's complimentary. Dinner options for vegetarians is nil. Only fried rice. Water has to be asked for even on check in time and she says it's to be paid for. Location of hospital is below average. Not a good option for vegans or vegetarians. The hotel is supposed to be famous for robotic waitress. Thats not working. Room charges are economical and good, commensurate for the above quality. Overall not a great experience. May be non vegetarian food is good. May be we were disappointed expecting tasty andhra food, which is absent.
