Pleasant stay with family !!

Nice location among the clouds, approach road was fine despite heavy rains. The cafeteria has a small but beautiful waterfall attached to it..Food was tasty, especially the reduced vada in breakfast was really good. Kids enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the villa and the early morning safari to Waterfaak and a viewpoint. Thanks, Mr Anson (apologies if I spelled it wrong) n team !!

Good Food But Poor Room interior and lack of maintainability of the resorts.

Property is good but not well maintained and well organized. Rooms size is good but interior and internal infra is very frustrating. Not Value for money in such a Higher rate with not matching facilities and luxury.

We travelled there with Four Families ( 8 Adults and 8 kids ). The location is good( you need to take your own car). Food is fine too. I love the warmth and service provided by the staff especially Bala Surya and his young colleague ( interns). Raghavendra the hotel manager was helpful too and ensured our needs were taken care of. The Safari was a very good experience sunrise and shooting point. A bit tiring but it's worth it.

Hong Sau (means happiness), my stay was short of happiness!!!

The resort is located in a scenic place. It is under construction. The support staff is not trained and they do not have prior experience of managing hospitality. The property is not maintained well. There are places where waste is dumped and worst of all, the water clogged in tyre tubes breeding mosquitoes . The property was home to 10-15 street dogs, barking through the day and night. Also, the dinner was really good, but breakfast was worst - for BF we had poha, upma, shavige and kesari bath as part pf buffet!!!! The location of the property is excellent; there is a need for proper ground staff, and food and hygiene and maintenance is needed. Imp: the location on make my trip gps shows wrong location! Please call property manager and check for correct location.

Hong sau offers mountain view luxury villas, also the pool was clean. The only improvement they can do is in providing dine in the room service. There is a in-house restaurant which provides an incredibly tasty buffet option. So, if you are planning to have lunch and dinner from menu instead of including in the booking, then you rather book all meals, as there is no a la carte option or zomato ordering available.
