Average Stay
Room is full of lizards and other insects, bcoz of which could not sleep during night. Full of insects noise. I have ordered the food from the hotel menu given in the premises but, there were insects found in chowmin and it was told that we are doing some renovation.

It was a very neat and clean property. Location was ok. But the stay was cozy and good. And owner mr. Vijay is very helpful.

Good Stay
Location is far from temple as compared to other hotels which are nearby to temple but property was very well maintained with cleanliness and checkin was very smooth atfter 12pm which i consider should be 24 hours time limit for this pilgrimage holy place.

Even basic amenities missing forget luxe
The home stay lacked basic amenities like exhaust and rooms were smelly. The bathroom were not clean.

Amazing stay
We have stayed for 3 nights and the price is really value for money. And cleaning was going on daily basis which was good and rooms are really spacious and location is excellent. We had lot of fun together

Excellent stayy
Good place for stay in ujjain really good location. Near mahakal temple hardly 10 mins drive. And villa is huge and has really good cleanliness and good check in experience.

Average Stay
1. Property is as per the photographs given by the owner. Good job by the photographer. 2. Property is in an under construction colony so the surroundings are like that. It is 4. 5 km from mahakal temple and not 2. 5 as claimed. 3. The caretaker was not on time in spite of advance notice. He will only come once during the day. He stays 5-6 km from the property. 4. Following things were provided: 4 maggi, one half litre sprite, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, red chilli powder, two vessels, paper cups, induction, cutlery. 5. The price is quite high.

Luxury experience. Everything was upto the mark and staff and service was best. Enough ample space for fun and enjoyment. Everything was nearby the property. Peaceful stay like a home

Terrible Stay
Property was located near mandir, but street was very badly maintained, cow dunk was every where. Also no care taker was to help. When we checked in cleaning was not done, we could see all dirt from past guests. In summary not recommended
