Property was closed when we reached there. It was closed a month ago but still booking was made although we got another booking from your side but it took 3 hours to get settled. With family 3 hours waiting on road after a drive in new state was a bit panic situation. But in the end we got transferred in another property. Your service was good but please make sure listed properties were on working condition.

The hotel was sealed by bank officials and police on night of Sep 3 and i was not allowed to enter the premise. I had a harrowing time which left me traumatized. Was shifted to a poor standard hotel for the night. I want a full refund for my booking

coupleAs compared to other holiday inn properties, this hotel was in a poor condition. Lack of hygiene and care is a big kill joy. Though staff is amazing, a little revamp will be better for this hotel as the location is beautiful.

Washroom sliding door stuck. Sliding door opening and closing was herculean task. My left hand fingers stuck in door. Tv remotes not working. Poor room service, staff come to room after reminders. Light switches were totally outdated

Check out : without any hassle. Banquet service : exceptional location : away from chandigarh city, if you do not have your own vehicle, it is a bit difficult to get uber/ola service.

coupleCleanliness of the room as well as was room was terrible Bedsheet was smelling In toilet jet fascet was not working 😡😡 In the same floor some group was staying and whole night they were making lots of noise While checkout valet driver was not available, I went myself to get my car I just want to write as feedback for hotel management there must be some SOP before releasing a room to any guest. Very bad experience. Rooms are not properly managed and bad smell was there. Food was also very dissatisfying chapattis were very thick papad was raw when i demanded to change the order nothing was delivered to my room. Service was more poor waited for 1 he for every order. Really very bad experience. Will never suggest to anyone. In city like chad there is such vicious things can happen.

According to holiday inn standard the price was too high but hotel was in poor condition than even 2 star hotel.
