Three star hotel with Third class experience👎😡
On booking of 2 super delux rooms, 2 delux rooms were given, rooms were changed in 2 days still were not given super delux rooms. The bathrooms were horrible, no proper light, no exhaust, no ventilation, all foul smell all around, no difusers. Intercom does not works, it was broken, no wifi at hotel. You have to go down at reception for everything to get towels, cups, tea, glass, water etc. Worst room service, it's poor means there is no service at all.
One room did not had mirror so another did not had refrigerator, televisions were not working, no recharge, no charged batteries, what worse you can expect. Breakfast was limited. Hotel manager and restaurant manager was rude and very unproffesional. If you complain they are ready to taunt the guests, it was a horrible experience.
Guests need to calm down to avoid fight caz staff will provoke with their words for heated argument and fight. Ridiculous management. We did not wanted our trip to be ruined otherwise a hot cup tea would have cleaned someone's face for sure, and cool down the frustration of guests. A hotel with worst management and amenities.
