We understand the problem you've gone as this was only because of your actions. The guest checked in on the second day of booking in the evening while the property owners were not present but only the caretaker. We had details of your booking. For the check-in process when we went to the room, to get the details we came to know that the guests were smoking in the room and it was thrashed. There are multiple rules and regulations for the property written in the corridor and sign of 'no smoking' in the room. As the property is smoke free we tend to keep it as clean as possible for the upcoming clients. Because of this incident we had to close the room for 1 week as the tar smell was all soaked up in the mattress and blankets. While the client was giving excuses. We requested not to smoke and came to an agreement. Yet they had smoked in the night as we got complaints from other clients in the morning as the hall was full of smoke. In the morning we got to know that the geyser was burnt as the client forgot to turn it off after using and put the blame on us. So we request other clients in the near future that this is a smoke free property, please don't blame us for your own actions as in the end we have to bear all the expenses.

Thank you for the review. I want to let guests read the instructions when checking - in about breakfast timing till from 9am -10 am in the room or in the living room and dinner beforehand. All guests are welcomed with complementary tea. If a guest asks for breakfast at noon it won't be possible as our mom and worker would be busy making lunch and doing household works
