It seems you discovered a cheaper rate at another hotel through your taxi driver, but perhaps you missed the part where you confirmed your stay with us in advance and then expected a refund for a reservation you already made with us. Perhaps if you had checked in instead of checking out in a huff, you would have discovered the room actually looked just like the pictures—unless those were photoshopped in your imagination! As for the pictures—posting the parking lot instead of the room is a unique choice. Are you trying to highlight our convenient location? We do aim to please!
