Goba Guest House

Property is good but not managed by professional staff. Place is remote so we don't ask for 4star or 5star facilities but atleast staff must be aware about basic facilities. Here we found that they don't care about customer and so many times they did not answer about customer problems. Behaviour was very ignoring and food quality was horrible don't go for this hotel in this remote place. Very poorly managed property.

Hotel should be having basic amenities such as intercom, 24x7 hot water, room heater. Staff should appear neat and clean to reflect the basic hygiene of the staff/hotel.

The guest house is good. The caretakers are very helpful. Sometime hot water is not available due to weather condition, but they do provide hot water in bucket, if its not available. Good for a day/two day stay.

Goba guest house is beautiful. The staff was very helpful. They provided necessary help and timely food. Warm water was available. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Location and surroundings - very good. Food - bad. Cleanliness - poor. The room was not as shown in the picture. This has happened almost everywhere. All rooms in indian hotels are different from each other especially in medium range hotels. They put up picture of their best room. In reality what you get is different.

The food and staff were very good. The issue was with wifi as it was not working properly. Also few amenities in the room needed attention. Overall good location and food, need to improve on few things like wifi. Etc.

Price is over rated as per the hotel. Staff at reception is good whereas the room service is slow. Food is good but buffet has less variety. No lift available. Overall stay is good.
