Location is charming with Shanti stupa in view, the apple trees and the garden was awesome. very near to the market almost a 10 minute walk. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The limited options in the breakfast were quite helpful. The best part is the open sitting area.

We are having a great time in omasil- staff is excellent and food is good - we planned d to stay for one day but extended for one day more - very spacious and comfortable room

I stayed here for two days. A great experience. They are very attentive at reception. There is a locker facility for solo travelers to keep their belongings here. The restaurant is very nice and the buffet system is good. They are very attentive in the restaurant. Here everyone treats customers very well. I strongly recommend this place to come and stay.

The property is great. The location and the rooms are quite nice. All the staff from the owners to the housekeeping, everyone is so helpful and humble. Loved the stay here. Will come back.

It was a very good stay at hotel. Hotel staff is very humble and supportive. Property and rooms are very good.

The hotel is clean and the waiters are very helpful. The food was alright. On arrival i asked the front desk person if i could get a small heater as i am not used to this cold weather. He said no. Finally after catching a cold and a day later the owner promised me one. He delivers on his promise.

This was my second stay at the place. It's a very efficient, family run hotel. Very clean, very professional, lots of hot water, clean linen. They grow their own veggies, so it's literally farm to fork with every meal. Lovely terrace to sit out in the sun and admire the view and the garden

Pros-location is good. U can see himalayas and shanti stupa from hotel. Food is ok. Clean and hygienic. Cons- buffet has less variety. Also if u want to order something, u can't order dishes out of buffet. Also, milk powder satchet and tea bags are provided in limited amount and u hv to call multiple times to get sm extra.

The property gives an experience of the old world, location is just perfect. An enjoyable 1 km walk away from the mall road and very close to the leh palace and the shanti stupa. It is very easily accessible from the airport as well. The view of the himalayas is magnificent from the hotel. The hotel has beautiful terrace and garden with heart warming flowers all around. The staff and owner are polite people. What i didn't like about the experience is lack of professionalism in some areas of service. I was there in october 3rd week when the temperature of leh was between 0-2 degrees in evening and night and the hotel did not start the heating. They didnt have the backup heaters as well. Finally on our instance they arranged it, but the heaters were in worst condition without plugs. The naked wire heater made me very uncomfortable. Also the mattress in the room is not comfortable for a good night's sleep. The hotel could use upgradation in their facility, i am sure it going to add stars to its rating then. Another problem is with dine in experience, there was miscommunication about whether they are serving ala carte menu or buffet. They didn't have buffet spread and were charging on ala carte basis, whereas there was no food rate card available for the knowledge of the guest. Also the manager was confused as to charge on basis of ala carte or buffet. Because of this confusion i was not convinced with the food charges. But over all it is a good hotel, with polite and humble staff, i did not find is cosy or comfortable because of lack of facilities mentioned above.

Stay was excellent in the hotel. Staff was maintaining proper covid protocols and provided all the amenities and services with good behaviour. Rooms were excellent and food was pretty awesome. Overall we would recommend this 100.

Amenities offered in the room were good, very polite and helpful staff. Rooms very clean and spacious.

Property is situated near to leh market. Just 10 mins walk. Nice mountain view from the room. You can also see shanti stupa from the seating area. Food is good.
