Review Of Hai8 Munnar

The bathroom is stinking. Breakfast has only 1 item and no lunch or dinner available. Difficult to reach hotel by walking from main road. No Street lights outside hotel.

We were a family of 6 people traveling to Munnar for the first time. The property was located at the entrance of Munnar and has an awesome view. The property owner was kind enough to upgrade our room to the valley view room. The rooms were neat and clean. Our room has an awesome view of valley and you can see clouds from the balcony.

Not at all worth for the amount paid. After complaining also they have not fully resolved our issue. Now they are not even bothered. On the day of arrival no one responded on calls for hotel location. Later on directly shared location on whatsapp. No one came and waited for 15-20 min for someone to come and do check-in and take luggage in room. When we checked in our deluxe ac room cupboards had fungus, old furniture, bedsheet were torn. Blankets dirty. There was no AC in the room as described in hotel description while booking. Only good thing was humble staff with supportive manager. Breakfast was good.

Not much to tell. Just an average stay. Staffs were too good. But room was not spacious and there were no electricity for the whole night. Not Worth for the rate

Pros- clean rooms and toilets, friendly staff, cons- not sufficient lights in rooms, average food taste.

Staff were very friendly esp Mr. Ramsheed and hospitality was superb.

Following is the feedback of my stay in Hai8 1. Standard rooms are different than what we see when we book the hotel through MMT / Web. Rooms that are shown are deluxe and have more space/balcony/ furniture than Standard rooms. 2. Staff was very friendly/supportive and eager to help and changed my room from smaller ones to a slightly bigger one at no additional cost, however, I would have preferred to book a deluxe room had I known the difference between rooms. 3. There was no in-house dinner available, however, hotel staff arranged it from nearby hotels/restaurants, and it was nicely / neatly served in the hotel's dining area. 4. Surroundings are good and safe for small walk even at night. 5. Breakfast was good (not many varieties though) and was served in the hotel's dining area. 6. All in all, it was a good experience staying at Hai8.

It was a awesome stay at this hotel with my family past 3days, hotel may be 3star. But the Manager and staffs treating guest as royal guest. Never saying no for anything. Especially the Muslim guy who was in reception is very down to earth. He is all in all in the resort and taking care of guest soooooo good. we loved staying there as family because it was safe, pleasant, perfect location, nice view from balcony and kind staffs.

Had wonderful stay at the hotel. Amazing location. Staff was very helpful, extremely cooperative. Great service. Breakfast was included in our package, it was good. Wifi connectivity good. Only TV was not working and the rooms were small. Overall good experience.

Best resort in Munnar with wonderful view of nature and stayed in centre surrounded by nature. Awesome climate. Will visit again

We are a group of 4 friends. We have booked two normal rooms. But they have upgraded one room. The upgraded room was awesome. It is a big room with a balcony and the view from the balcony make you speechless. During the morning you can relax and enjoy the view with misty clouds. And there are two small waterfalls near the hotel. The noise of the waterfalls will be pampering your ears all night. And last but not least about the staff. He is very helpful. Respect. I can recommend the hotel to friends and couple. A good budget in the heart of misty mountains.

It is a good hotel and the atmosphere is awesome.
