Very decent location with the pleasant atmosphere and with very tasty food.

It's a great place to enjoy peaceful time close to nature with an added benefit of good food and hospitality. Surroundings are pretty in a raw way, food offered by the staff is good and they are also supportive in arranging needed facilities.

Beautiful location, far from maddening crowd with a stream flowing right in front of the house. All green surrounding. Very good food. Shah Jahan took great care of our group. We had 3 kids in our group, making lots of noise and mischief s but no complaints from them. Shah Jahan, along with his team, took extra care of food to be made for kids and easily accommodated any special requests we had! All in all an excellent choice. Would stay there again next time I visit Coorg!

The experience was really good. The rooms were neat and clean. As it was a homestay, the behavior of the family which attended us was very good. It was 8 Kms away from Coorg City, but the owner helped us reaching there. He is till in touch with us. The location was very fantastic. The food they prepared was according to us, which we ordered and it was good.

It was a homestay so got a very friendly environment and they treated us nicely and the owner was also very friendly. The location was very good, it was in the middle of the forest and was surrounded by greenery, but the maintenance of the property was poor because off lack of staff. But the staff was honest and there was no problem regarding security. There was a bonfire facility which was lighted at night but was not cleaned in the morning. It was humid at that time and ac was a must requirement, but the property was complete non-Ac. The major issue was the food. The breakfast was arranged by the owner from the city due to which it used to get late. Rest of the time the food was prepared in the kitchen and provided. They prepared non-veg food in the kitchen and we were vegetarians, but still, we managed. But the quality of the food was pathetic. It was not of good quality and the food served was stale once. If a family have their own vehicle then they can go to the city and have food. The rooms were okay. But if they maintain the property properly and add more staff then it can be a great stay.

Must visit place, stay was great and very caring staffs

We had a very peaceful stay at the resort. The host we very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is open to everyone and the pantry is stocked with all necessary items. There is small section of River that flows through the resort where one can have a good time. Overall a good stay for middle class family and special mention to the Host Mr. Hameed.

The stay was very good, the staff was caring about their guest. The food quality was up to the mark. The property was very much clean and it is suitable for all.

I stayed with my family. The cottages are really good, there is stream besides the cottage and view is really good. Very nice host provided great service. Food was very good too. What could be better one of the cottages has Indian style washroom commode and geyser stopped working in of the cottages on second day.
We stayed in cottages. Rooms are decent. View is really good. I loved hosts, very warm and provided great service. Food was good as well. If anything could improve one of the cottages has Indian style WC. I hope they can change that. Geyser stopped working in one of the rooms.

Homely stay, suggest to fix new water heater and fix mirror in each rooms for dressing excellent place for stay in Coorg Jayavelu, Chennai.
