Food services and cleanliness all are deserved mention

Location is good but property is not well maintained, staff was wearing shabby clothes & non Courteous. Bed sheet was dirty , towels were dirty & insufficient. so many mosquitoes & a desserted look at property, may be because of poor staff management.

property is situated near by sohna toll plaza and break fast and serving is fabulous and housekeeping and all employees nature is helpful. but there is a negetive point swimming pool open fix time I think hotel stakeholders need to upgrade the policy.

We stayed there for 6 days it was a pleasant experience staff is good and friendly service is good ambience is good

Very bad experince. Worst food. No hospitality nothing was safe there. Help me to get the refund. I was there only for few minutes. With my kids and wife. And even they didnt feel safe there

Pleasant and comfortable stay. Prompt service, clean & hygienic interiors and tasty in-room dining. Would be great if they switched to glass bottles instead of plastic.

The bed was very uncomfortable. As we were a couple and specially requested for a double bed but they provided twin bed.

average experience....it was same like other normal hotels....key cards was not working so they open for me with mastercard,i forgot my adhar card at reception no body gives me back and even no body picking the reception landline.....1500 to 2000 was fine for that experience..

The hotel has very limited food items. If you ask them do they have palak panner they would say no. If you ask them do they have mallai kofta they will say have palak gotta. Etc etc. The towels in the room looks very old even tv channels they have are very very few most channels they will say subscription not there. The amount they charge for room is very high when you compare the other hotels with sane or better faculties

Very disappointed. There’s no match with the pictures on the net and reality. Pool very dirty, needs thorough cleaning. Rooms are average. There are 2 machines kept in a very small room in the name of gym. Even the air conditioning is not provided in the gym. The play area for kids doesn’t exists. We requested to decorate our room for daughter’s birthday. They charged 1000 bucks and just kept 10 balloons in the room. Not even a happy birthday tag. Overall, super dissatisfied. My daughter’s birthday was totally ruined. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. Radisson should do something about it to protect their brand image

We checked out on 7 th morning and checked in again on 7 th night. We requested for the same room. Surprising the bed sheet was not even changed at the time of fresh check in

I had a pathetic experience where lot of things were below a budget hotel and didn't felt like i was staying at country inn. Firstly 1-no snacks available after 10. 30pm 2- even lemon wedges were not available. 3- not even en o was available for gastric acidity issues. 4- i asked for papaya at midnight but it was not available. 5- due to gastric i opted to have a walk at 3 am in early morning and was surprised to see that no staff was available on reception dining hall despite giving 2-3 shout calls there was no one at front desk. Proper photographs for the same are available with me. Ideally it was such a pathetic experience that i should have claimed for the compensation but i expect that the hotel will consider my points and try to improve as since its country inn and a lot is expected in quality irrespective of location from them. Was really surprised that no one was available or guarding the hotel in night at front desk. Not even a security guard at reception building. Disappointed. Never felt it was country inn.

Location is good. Basic etiquettes of staff is missing. Do not provide complementary water to guests. Bad dg set, regular power cuts. Totally a spoiler on radisson brand.

The hotel location is way out of main city. There was an isse with ac in the room 203 allotted to me. However the hotel staff promptly changed my room after i insisted to change. Secondly every an hour or so there was power cut for 2-3 mons. This was really irritating and frustrating. Third the food was ok. I ordered vegetable biryani and the rice was uncooked though the portion was ok. Overall its an ok experience
