The rooms weren’t clean . The sheets had stain and hair on them . The bathroom wasnt clean , had a bad odour.

Good service, i am highly impressed by their customer service

Hotel room is very good but they are not provided water bottle and any other accessories

property is new but not good to stay with family. because location of property is not familier. its all surrounded by residents of local peoples. there are so many properties next to airport other than it.

Very supportive staff and they help me a lot to get my dinner late night due to delay of flight .. pleasant and good stay especially for travellers using Trivandrum airport

It's a new property, very neat and clean. The staff are very supportive the getting office personnel helped me get transport for my early morning transit to the airport, really very supportive and kind faced. Really good property to stay. Suggestion is if could have a kettle with some tea bags or coffee etc, could be nice because it is not connected with any restaurant. But there are shops nearby at walkable distance.
