Review Of GRAND EXOTICA VILLA

Ideal for couples/small families for an overnight stay. The rooms are neat; but due for a fresh coat of paint. Offers all basic facilities like TV, hot and cold water, toiletries, etc. Common dinning hall with amenities and the WiFi are very convenient. Restaurants are available within 1KM.

Room was clean. They provided us with the room which we had seen on MMT. They charge very high for tea and coffee. The hotel didn't provide us with hot water. Heater wasn't working. On the second day the manager told us to move to a small room because a VIP was coming to which we politely declined.

Room was good but in the case of food, they were charging more than a five star hotel, even a tea cost? 30 and the worst thing is it is worst ever tea I had, unfortunately we had to have that because there was no restaurants near that hotel.

Nice hotel and very supportive staff but it is placed outside of the town .. The way of hotel is very dark otherwise hotel was very clean and staff was awesome, helpful, very supportive. Everything is good

This villa is 15kms away from Kumily, Thekkady. And it is 500m off the mail kumily-thekkady highway. There is no auto service, no near by restaurant. This villa looks a haunted place and one can feel negative energy. I with my wife stayed for 2 days and we were almost awake almost all the night due to its locality. You have to pay almost Rs600 for round trip to Kumily-thekkady. Never ever think to stay else you will repent like what I did. Site is full of negativity.

Its a very good property, very good service, and they are very supportive and happy to help. The location is little inside but you will get it exactly in google maps. Good and clean rooms, Good for couple and bachelors.

Place is difficult to reach, but very calm and staff are very friendly. Breakfast is offered by make my trip. But the villa management offered only one item per head I. E. One dosai or one roti like that. Geyser heating is not up to the mark. Sweating smells in bedsheet. So, my overall suggestion is if you love low budget you go with this villa. I am partially satisfied.

The reach of the room is 10 km from Kumily, and located in Kumily and murrar road. Rooms are well maintained, cleanly and neatly. Bed are small in size for a family of 3 or 4, but suitable for a couple.

Room is good enough to stay for 4 persons and location is also peaceful This place gives feel ling like a Home ... So its very good. Food facility provided by hotel staff very good and also in budget ... At this pric3 and value no other hotel is there ... Staff welcoming and support to us very good

Visited the property couple of days back. Liked the location & Mr Jai (caretaker) of the property was very cordial & helpful. Only downside is its around 14 KM away from Thekkady & nothing is nearby & having parking space for max 3 cars. Rooms & Toilet are clean.

Firstly location was difficult to find. The Phone numbers wont connect as one was wrong the other was reported to be discharged. The room and villa was new and good The management first offered a cup of tea immediately on arrival like a welcome courtesy but later at dinner time billed and charged Rs 30 for the tea. It was very ambarraising, greedy and was off course paid by me.

Clean room and cooperative staff. Hotel is 14 km from Thekkady. There is no good restaurant near hotel. I think there will be arrangement for food in the hotel. Staff was very humble and helpfu in all manner.

It was an awesome experience. Nice rooms and good ambience. Facilities were also good. Complementary breakfast was also provided by them. The only drawback I felt is, its 15 kms from cumuli town on the Munnar highway.

Hotel is very good to stay away from all the hassles. We had booked three rooms. Hotel has very much neat and clean rooms with 24 hours hot water in the bathrooms. It has parking facilities. Staff at reception was very good and cooperative and room services were also good.

Hotel staff was not welcoming. It's not a hotel it's a residence turn into a villa. Very far from the city only have the option to go by auto to city centre if don't have car and it's to expensive. I don't get one thing that why we have to take off ours shoes outside the villa we are on a trip to enjoy not in a home with such kind of strictness. Very important the villa does not have any eating arrangements so very poor.

We stayed here for 2 days along with my friend's family. The location was superb. The hotel had a kitchen and we used to heat up. The breakfast and tea served was good. The overall stay was enjoyable. We would like to come again for the next holiday.

The hotel is on a nice property. Services are good as I do not eat onion and garlic and I was provided with the food without it easily on request in buffet also. The rooms are nice but they were a little small.
