Average Stay
The bedsheets and pillows cover were very dirty, there was interruption in the power supply at times. Overall all for the price being changed the quality was not upto the mark. The food menu was very limited but the price was high even the food service was pretty slow.

It was much comfort stay. Room was fine with adequate facilities.. Restaurant cousine was delicious which includes complementary breakfast and room service..staffs were polite and supportive..

Poor Stay
The behavior towards the guests is very bad, the food is even worse, even the breakfast is not part of the room.

Rest other thing was ok.
Received a phone call on booked date from hotel, they said booking cancelled due to some technical issue after that I received the confirmation of booking from Make my trip, I called again hottel on mentioned number on booking details and person taken the call confirm that no booking confirmed. When I reached at hotel at evening on reception person told me sir I conveyed you on phone that your booking camcelled, after long discussions and request and waiting they provided me the room.

Excellent Stay! We had a wonderful two-day stay at Grand Continent (sarovar Portico) . The staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore. Highly recommend and would love to visit again!
