The overall stay was average. While the basic requirements were met, the service and amenities did not meet expectations. There is room for improvement in housekeeping and customer care.

It’s good and Everything find well, looking over to property is really huge and placed at wonderful location. Also everything nearby so like doctors office and streets food and also fascinated to tell about industries nearby

1. Horrible fan made a lot of noise. 2. No dental kit provided. 3. Toilet not well maintained. 4. Water bottle I asked they told out of stock.

Old hotel, but economical for business trip worth for money / some renovation work going on some floors are not clean

Room service is good, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement. Hygiene standards should be enhanced.

Range not meet expectations . Ac not proper working. Restaurant facilities not meet our expectations(timing)

Badly maintained rooms (curtains, shower, packaged water replaced by RO water that day).... Poor spread in breakfast menu.... Unworthy of the tariff charged.

Hotel receptionist collected 500 rupees extra .. early check-in cost .....room cleaning staff also fully money minded.

Very difficult to say As you know very well since last 10 years I’m booking trough MakeMyTrip First time facing this issue from hotel side I don’t understand why this type of hotel recommended

I did not stay itself... ambience was not good

Service is poor (no bath towels at room) and any room service is also not promptly addressed. Also, the shower was not working properly in room.

They said that the water supply would be restored by evening, but that didn't happen. Light also gone at evening. Ambient also not good

The hotel is located in a clean environment from traffic & parking hazzles. Never had a food. The service is far from satisfactory.. TV was not connected as they have not recharged & when informed they had given a lame excuse

The only concern is that the breakfast timing seems until 10am but could be extended until 11am.

Worst hotel to stay. Except the location, everything was horrible. Bedbugs in the mattresses, no hot water, lazy room service, worst food.

1. Bed sheet was not clean. 2. Food was not avaialble as per menu. 3. Welcome kit not available in room, need to ask from reception to give welcome kit. 4. Hotel mangement was not active for food which are not as per available menu.

Basic facilities were not available. Staff was less. I have already left. Can't share

The hotel night shift incharge and the security guard were fighting over a door opening issue as i reached the hotel by morning 5am. It was a horrible experience as they were busy with fighting rather than attending the guest who came for checkin

No hot water was coming even the shower was not working rooms were small in size staff were good food was not up to the mark
