This would've been a good stay on a normal day, but we were unfortunate to have stayed here on new year's eve night as we were travelling. While the rooms are spacious and comfortable, what soured the experience was that due to the new year, they'd a very limited menu for dinner and even less veg options. While that was understandable, later we found that even within that restricted menu, half the things we ordered were still not available and we'd to manage with a bare-bones dinner. Other than this glitch, it was a good stay. Staff are all courteous and helpful. Buffet breakfast was alright.

We took most of the bookings for the new year function, and most of our in-house guests had their dinner at the new year function. We did a small setup for the restaurant.
We are really sorry to say that we were unable to satisfy you during your stay. But we promise will try to do our level best to provide you all your needs.
