Hospitality was poor. Reception is below average. Staff are not friendly. Room was not cleaned. To v was not working despite repeated reminders.

Worst staff behaviour, reception guy just throws id card after scanning and very unprofessional and impolite. What can you expect from cheap guys? Wifi is just a joke. There is no wife in the room and common area, no towel provided, bed cover and blanket were very dirty. And not washed Dirty bathroom, the shower doesn't work. Very pathetic and unhygienic

The hotel location suits my requirements. All types of means of transportation that is metro rail and road are available. Food nearby restaurant is very good. What more we need?

I request MakeMyTrip not to provide this hotels. No white blanket, very dirty rooms. Bad service. Staff helpless. TV not working. Not worth for stay.

Kind of good stay. But no towels on bathroom and no water you have the go all the way outside.

The main issue of this hotel is it's staff.

Very badly treated us and not even accepted our online booking. Still they are not even ready to talk properly in a good manner. Worst experience. Even after paying online, they are demanding that they have not got the amount from MMT and demanding to pay from us.

The location of Hotel is the best part about the stay. The Hotel had issues with bookings through MMT. Hotel rooms were not well maintained. Bathroom was dirty. TV wasn't working. Above all, staff was not cooperative at all.
