It was a very good experience staying at the gms golden residency hotel for 2 days with neat and comfortable service with proper providence of drinking water.

Everything was good , but the AC doesn’t cool at all.. and also that Ac controller didn’t work. Otherwise it was an affordable stay and preferable

Too expensive for the location and the room was ok if the price would have been lower. Room was clean though.

Not customer friendly
Not customer friendly. Worst experience. Many rooms were empty and we vacated one day before due to an emergency. But they told us that they will refund the money, but they made us to beg a lot. And till now we haven't got the refund.

Pleasant sta
Overall experience was good. We requested for an early check in, staff was cooperative, there was an issue with ac which also was solved within 10 mins. Towel, soap and shampoo was provided along with a water bottle. Water filter was provided outside room with good quality water. The room is new and clean, had a smart tv, the lighting in room felt really nice. Everything except the location of stay is top notch, it is a bit far from main attractions and driving is tiring and tedious in the traffic and heat.

Excellent Stay
We stayed in two days. Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained. They will arrange bikes also it very helpful for us. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the convenient location and the overall experience.

Worst ever place to stay
Very much disappointed with their service. The building is under construction, there is no parking facility, tv and wifi was not working. Basic water facility also not available due to motor repair issues. In the room's wardrobes are not provided, as the room size is very small unable to walk. Welcome kit like tooth brush, paste, towels are also not provided. Without the basic humanity, they demanded and charged rs. 1000 for 2 hrs time stay. We have almost 2 hrs to get a proper response for the inconveniences. Still we didn't get the balance amount as a refund. Very worst hotel also we won't recommend this residency to stay.

In our premises some renovation work has been done for the past few days in accordance with the New year celebration. very sorry for the inconveniences that we had made to you and moreover we have parking facility inside our hotel itself . Noticeably at that particular time we had a major problem in the main transformer in our area so that the Wifi has not been working for a few while . we have three categories of rooms over here and u had booked a compact room and its very budget friendly and we literally mentioned what are all the amenities inside, you wouln't have checked properly before booking, and moreover you had been used our room for morethan 2 hours and get refreshed so that it is mandatory to charge some amount for the usage also we had been agreed for the refund and we made it also. Anyway we regret for the inconveniences we had made for you.

The hotel was under construction, which was quite disturbing as no prior information had been shared about it. Would not recommend this stay.

Hospitality is homely and all facilities were present. Hot water was provided ac quality was nice. Room is spacious and lift facility is also present.

Poor Stay
Is it inside the industrial area and no road facility the hotel still not completed it is under construction and no proper maintenance. Not there was no car parking available.
