Visited the property this dussehra, lets start with the good deals. The room, pool or the water park were the only highlights.The food and services very really average. The property was located in a very city crntric place and doesn’t give and feel of a hill station resort u expect. The room washroom even tho very classy but had a really bad drainage odour. They didnt even provide high tea. Which resort in the world doesn’t provide high tea?? Really average experience.

Gd services but swimming pool is dirty a little bit otherwise it’s money worth palace and calm and cool palace

property is nicely located. staff is very proactive, and room service was nice. rooms are super clean. food is delicious even though it is a little expensive. went on a family trip with my 11 yr old. there is an arcade for 11 years old along with a bunch of indoor games. we all enjoyed playing there. there is also a water park where we could not spend much time but we could see other guests enjoying it. jacuzi bathtub was wonderful. we all enjoyed the unwinding after a full day of driving through the curvy roads of chikamanglur. Its very poor experience..there is no amenities like proper wifi or television connection with proper service Its uncomfortable stay without wifi and tv connections.. poor response from helpdesk

It’s a very small resort. The price they are charging doesn’t justify for the facilities they have. Rooms are big and spacious and very neatly done but food is horrible. Even breakfast they have is very limited items and it’s the same menu everyday. I would rate 1 out of 5 for food. They have a few indoor games which is not maintained well. Only thing good about this resort is the rooms, pool and water park.

ACCOODATION IS GOOD, BUT HOTEL RATE IS ABNORMAL, EXCEPT ACCOODATION NO OTHER FACILITY IN THE RESORT OTHER FIVE STAR HOTELS CHARGESD FOR THE ACCOODATION AROUND 4OOO TO 5000, WHY THEY CHARGES , THIS PROPERTY IS NOT WORTH .PLEASE SPEAK PROPERTY OWNER REIMBURSE THE EXCESS AMOUNT TAKEN

Stay was pleasant but food prices are quite high in restaurants, they should also work on service time in restaurant

The quality of this property has gone down drastically in a year. Prices have gone up. Evening high tea has been abruptly cancelled. Evening dinner had very little options and both rice and roti was over within an hour and they only made it when we had raised our voice. The lack of availability of adequate food made us search for dinner outside. I regret coming here and recommending this to a family friend.

Rooms are very nice and spacious. However, the food can be improved. Very limited items in buffet and taste of the food at times were below average.

It's a small property of 3.2 acres. Located very close to Chikmagalur city. property is neat and clean, rooms were spacious, staff were friendly, water slides were good. Only thing we were disappointed was dinner menu. They hardly have any options, though the taste was good for the items they gave, we couldn't get much of the options to eat.
