Review Of Global Kumbh Village | The Exotic Stay

Property was erected in just and no body attended any time for change over of bedsheets / towels etc and even only one towel was placed for 2 persons and no face towel were there Even toiletries were not filled up in empty bottles Services and everything useless compared to very heavy prices of one day stay paid more than rs 22000/ and whole experience is like looting tourists

When I booked my stay, the photographs and description showed a 4 bedded dormitory but in actual there were six beds. We were four of a family and found ourselves in an awkward situation with two unknown persons.

Worst stay and bad staff behavior! not good hospitality ! pl dont waste your money on this property!

The stay and facilities were very good. But the travel desk was just pathetic. We had pickup and drop included in our package but even after multiple calls and watsapp msgs no pickup or drop was provided

Worst experience in the reception when we arrived. No sense of customer service. False commitment over phone calls for early check in and also incorrect contact details and map location.

Stay and food at this property was excellent... had a good time with family during Mahakumbh.

Pathetic stay experience.

Location was good, but Amenities and service have been quite average to bad. This was kumbh time, and hence, I was mentally fine to have humble facilities. But what was promised when I booked included - Housekeeping, Toiletries, Mineral Water, Power backup, Wi-Fi, Centre Table, Bathroom, Chair, Seating Area, Iron/Ironing Board, Couch, Work Desk, Hot & Cold Water, Caretaker, Blanket, Kettle, Newspaper, Fan, Air Conditioning in Dorm accommodation. Now I was fine with Dorm accommodation as that is what I signed up for, the amount being charged per day was okay as long as the above facilities were provided. But none of them (well almost none) except blanket and 1 hand-wash and 1 moisturizer if you can qualigy those as Toiletries were provided . Not even hot water for bath. It was like taking a tent in a humble ashram facility, except that I paid 10 times to what an Ashram would have. Good thing was the access to Ganges and as I was not someone who find it difficult to adjust, and my intention of being to Kimbh was different t, it solid not really matter to me and hence did not make a big fuss. But thought of penning this as other people may find it useful. So what they say is not what they give (i know it is kumbh time and elthey charge higher , but nothing stops people from setting the right expectations), even to the most optimistic levels. Anyways I am happy i could go for Kumbh, and hence I am still fune

Everything was of very good quality, few delay in service but that is acceptable due to such high rush of kumbh. you have your personal riverside that is just epic

All arrangements were as good as could be. At least four medium size drinking water bottles should have been provided instead of only two.

Tents were wonderful. food was amazing. hygiene was perfect. Overall experience was Great

What I booked I did not get no body knows who was on wrong side. May be I booked dorm by mistake while after seeing the image of family of four I had to book the family of four. The dorm had six beds. Personal help for me 80yrs and for my wife 77yrs was not made available to us as transport was not provided for internal movement. The property management were discouraging booking

the property could be located with great difficulty as neither staff attending our calls was giving right location or how to reach and neither name of the property was displayed. The property was actually displayed with a different name. We could reach the destination with much difficulty.

location of tent was very far and as it was no vehicle zone ..had to walk a lot.And service was very terrible.No good night repelant was provided . housekeeping was not good.when they are running 90 tent then they should keep more staff . And the night manager was rude when we call to show his mismanagement. on the whole I would not recommend this place .

Food was good but the travel agency which they had just opposite to the reception area was pathetic and they weren't upto the mark. Location is far off from Arail Ghat.

The accommodation given in Deluxe college was alotted without preparing it. Room was shabby, linen not cleaned , WC was stinking with poops. Lunch and Dinner timing was was too short. The dinning capacity was max for 600 people and 1000 guests were present for lunch and dinner, creating coating condition with only 2 counters. Manager and workers were helpless, Management was worried about Revenue only. Deliberately 2 200 ml water was given so that people purchase water for 100/ rs per litr. Address was adwanta hospitality but it was given global kumbh village which was not known by any one. Not getting any help. Tried 4 modes of transport to reach Global village including car, toto, rikshaw and motor bike with luggage on back and on head. When ask help desk to help their response was shocking to find your way yourself. not good experience atall. All services were out sourced between Global kumbh and Adwahta. hospitality.
