The location was good, water supply was excellent but the lavatory facility was somewhat questionable.

never book the single room here without ac, the 1600 price room is a hell, no ventilation, old fan, low light, weak bed, just 2 hand long cubicle room, book only deluxe rooms here, or you will be suffocating

The location is good, the food is average. Amenities & cleaning is very terrible. Room condition just like a Kabada Store, breakage chair, cuts, bath room bucket and in place of mug used paint daba. One bathroom shared for 10 rooms and provided a 15 ltr damage plastic bucket with a paint daba. In that bathroom their worker staff used for cleaning their clothes. They charged for an extra adult as per your police Rs 300 per ni but no provided bed. On asking the bill , not issued or given. But payment was received in check in time. One arising question replied that we are providing but till last nothing is provided. Although it showed a room on 26th Feb, that room was also far away from the bathroom. whereas shared a bath room within 10 or more rooms. Totally never touch Hotel quality, just like a Jhupudi and there cleaning of the attender and rooms very terrible.

my room was like servant quarters. but it was wirth only for rs 200 max. doors and windows of iron were like made of scrap material. room size would be max 150x100. washrooms common outside were horrible.

Worst experience. Won’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Very unhygienic and rooms are not clean. Staffs are very rude and egotistic.

Very very poor.

It was not a hotel,rather it was a Dharamshala . Bathroom flush was not working , water tube of commode seat was leaking due to which whole bathroom was wet .. dirty unhygienic room. See the heights of dirtiness I will show you in picture. Dirty soiled dustbin .Infact bathroom slippers was. In two colours. Fan was without regulator . No curtains provision in room .no ventilation in room. I need my completely money back please

Worst hotel I ever stayed. Bedsheet was not changed before checkin had fresh food spills from last guests and lot of hairs. There were multiple packets of chips and gutkha on floor.worst part - washroom had Indian seat with no flush.just one mug with algae all around.dirty enough to give infection to anyone in one use.washbasin did not have a pipe and all water was flowing on feet while washing hands. Had to book due to Mahakumbh.paid 4500 rs for service and room worth of 50rs. Bonus- rooms on 4th floor no lift.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The photos displayed on the booking were completely misleading— . The actual condition of the hotel was unacceptable, making it impossible for anyone to stay there. The rooms were filthy, poorly maintained, and completely different from what was promised. the management clearly misrepresented the property . On top of that, service was nonexistent, and any attempt to address concerns was ignored. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

Room is good but common bathroom conditions are bad

Pathetic experience with this hotel rooms showing in app are totally different actually. Blankets are very dirty and smelling. We should donate these blankets to beggars at least. We couldn't sleep whole night due to mosquitoes. Shared washrooms are totally not usable. They are filling their own oil in all-out refills. Food was also not eatable, only tea was fine. Rooms cleanliness is 0 they are using hard mattresses over iron bed. Kindly remove this hotel from mmt

Rooms are average. But the rate of the tariff of the hotel is very high. At this rate we avoid staying in this hotel in future.

The area for improvement is too many & the accommodation charges are expensive.

No mug and bucket in bathroom. No proper lighting in room. Bess are dirty

No lift wahrooms not managed booked attached washroom but have to use common area washrooms disappointed

Despite paying rs 3813, the room allotted to us was extremely dirty. After complaining, we were given another room. In this room, wash basin pipe did not have a drain. Door latch had a nail to move it. There was just a solitary bulb in the entire room. No wonder the lighting was insufficient. The bed was so outdated and creaking while the bed covers were stained with god knows what.
