Very bad location, parking not good. Very difficult to reach

Friendly and helpful staff. Good relaxed breakfast place outside with morning sun. We were here in December and on arrival they gave us a heating lamp to the room which was superb. Thank you so much and we will come back to this place if we return to Bhagsu in the future.

Good room and very nice staff You can book it of you want to hangout with your partner. Good room for the couples not preferring for family. Basically good view you can feel the like you do hiking while reaching towards the room. Wine shop down the hotel

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good especially tea. Razai and blanket wasn't looking clean. If you are getting it within 500 rs, go for it. Above 500 you ll find better room. And yes there is a wine shop just outside

Location and rooms and specially the balcony make it all perfect. Service is up to mark. People are very humble and helpful. No restructions as such. Place is very steep so thats a little problem to reach there. But its worth reaching there.

Please remove this from MMT assured as the parking was not there we had to board taxi yo reach hotel even after having our own car. Staff was non cooperating. No facilities like soap towel. This is not a couple stay. There are better hotels in same price. Very unhappy and uncomfortable stay.

The location is suitable if you want to stay near bhagsu which is away from main mcleodgunj. The caretaker was friendly and arranged everything on time. He also agreed to keep my luggage after checkout time as I had to stay till evening.

Very cooperative staff, good food value for money. Service provided very good. Just because of location I was little disappointed as it is middle of bhagsu I was unable to locate it. But as soon as I contacted hotel they sent someone to taxi stand to guide us overall good experience

Great room and hospitality of the staff was good. slight distance from main market and yes bakery near this. hotel was awesome. triund trekk is near and you can visit bagsu temple very easily, its just at walking distance.

One word for this hotel is excellent. I have travelled a lot but this place stolen my heart. Amazing experience with this hotel. Mr. Surender who is taking care of this hotel is very nice, humble and down to earth personality. He always there for you whenever you need him. And one more thing he have magic in his hands. He is a fantastic cook as well. Thanks Mr. Chander and Mr. Surender for this amazing hospitality. Love to visit again May God bless you Surender.

This was as good I expected everything going simple and good Room bigger Staff was not professional Near hotel good restrorent and crowd was gentle especially foreigners Waterfell near and temple near All was good.

It's a good hotel for family and friends stay for night, morning breakfast is available, clean rooms, over all its good, no towel facility is available, only handsoap is there in washroom, in room a table and two chairs are available and also TV with reliance dish is available for your entertainment

Service was very good and staff was very helpful, in spite of closure of kitchen they served us food at night 1. Am .. But make my trip has charged us 5 star prices for a 3 star stay, which was not worth ...

No parking fatalities. When we reached at the hotel instead of welcoming us they started extorting money from us saying that hotel has to pay extra tax for 1 extra adult. So they asked for rupees 500 extra plus we had to pay rupees 200 extra for parking. So this hotel after incurring all this expenses was expensive in fact more than any other good hotel with more facilities.

The place is quite a steep walk from the Bagsu parking. The rooms are clean and the food and service is good. The manager drew up an itinerary for us. They had a nice sitout in front of the rooms where we could relax and my baby could crawl around. The only problem happened was when we were checking out. MMT said the checkout was 12 but they said that it was 10 am. Better sort it out people.

We had a comfortable stay and the best part about the place is its location .. The cooperative staff made it a more pleasant experience . . Most amazing was the complimentary breakfast which serves awesome aloo parathas. It has all the required necessities for travellers and is an affordable deal

We were a group of 10 people booked hotel for the first time using Makemytrip & we all are really disappointed. The guy for service was so rude to us, poor service, even he was not serving water. We booked 5 rooms and after reaching there he told us that only 4 rooms are available and very next day he gave room to another guests. If we asked for water at middle of the night as there was nothing in room for water so he was the only option and he was not even serving water. He had no respect that how to talk to girls so even girls with felt so disappointed even they suggested never book hotel from Makemytrip. I'll never suggest anyone to stay in the same hotel or to go with MakemyTrip.

I have booked a room for one day, considering its location near bhagsunag temple and fall through previous reviews and map, but this hotel seems to be less known in the locality, as I have to waste about one hour finding its exact location, irony to it was, that there was no ph no mentioned in the invoice or message received, I and my wife literally were scared and felt vulnerable and lost while searching this hotel in night, "so be careful", however service and staff response was good

Excellent location ... Very close to bhagsu temple and waterfall .. The room was clean .. And staff was supportive ... Even allowed us to use the kitchen. Overall an excellent and great value for money package
