familyHotel located isolated very lower level near dal lake opposite to mall road. Hotel rooms were good but food was very bad, service was very poor. Only interiors were good.

Excellent Stay
familyThe hotel staff are very helpful. The food was good. I love the kadhai pane-er and a loo zeera. Though breakfast spread was minimal but the iteams were tasty. Before booking i had seen bad rating on food but after experiencing, i suggest pols try the kadhai paneer, dal makhni, zeera a loo. The breakfast ch-ole bhature was also very tasty, poori aloo. Some improvements need from the housekeeping front. I was staying in honeymoon suite, wherein zacuzzi was giving problem and the house keeping staff was only available post 8am. That was bit irritating, pols improve it. The bed linen, pillow cover had some marks which when i told the staff, they promptly changed it. Overall stay was good. Food was excellent as per my experience (except a loo dum) staff was very co-operative. Not so much issue on cleanliness. But pols improve. Location was awesome. Peace, serene environment. If you want to go to mcloidgunj market ask the front desk, they will arrange a cab. So my stay was pleasant.

The lush green pine
Amazing location. Scenic beauty in the lush green pine forest. The sunset point was at a walking distance. Food quality too good at a reasonable rate.

coupleLocation of property is good, serene and peaceful. The only issue is with the restaurant as they have a scarce menu and the good quality is bad so one has to plan to eat outside.

coupleLocation - excellent (5/5) stay and service - good (4/5) food - bad (2/5) the breakfast was ok. However, the brownie and pizza we ordered were stale and v soggy. Wouldn't recommend eating food from here.

coupleThe stay was fantastic, rooms were very good, service was amazing, food was good. Generally the food in dalhousie and dharamshala is made flavorful but mild spice hence if you want more heat/chillies/spice in your food you need to mention this. Fantastic stay would definitely recommend this hotel to others for the beautiful snowy mountain view. Note: stay in room 2002, the views are breath taking.

We booked a room with jacuzzi. The hotel was chosen for the only reason that it offered a jacuzzi. However, we couldn't use it since the jacuzzi did not have warm water and it was not possible to get into jacuzzi with cold water. The staff lacked knowledge about how to operate jacuzzi. 2 star hotels give more variety in buffet than what was offered to us. The staff was cordial and courteous. Good rooms.

Our stay at Sahebs Castle was memorable … the staff is very warm and helpful … the room allotted to us was with Mountain View and really mesmerising… location is 5.5 kms from the main market but it’s next to Lemon treee and in the woods … the hotel needs a better parking space … rooms are spacious and with warm AC options… food needs improvement … breakfast was good and healthy … dinner ordered by us was not satisfying for our tastebuds … otherwise rest all was simply super !

coupleOur stay at hotel saheb's castle was phenomenal. We were there for 5 days and our experience could not have been better. Its one of a kind boutique hotel. The service is amazing. Special thanks to rakesh ji, vikas ji, ajay, shivam. For the wonderful assistance. The views from the rooms are mesmerizing. There was no need of going to any sight seeing spots to witness the snow clad mountains, beautiful valleys and the sunset. Food was also great. Loved our stay. Strongly recommend it to anybody visiting dharamsala/mcleod ganj. You will not be disappointed. Would love to visit again.
