nice to stay at GD hotel, its new building and excellent service , only regret that food not served in the Room

Gd hotel at navsari is nice accommodation for a work trip. It's peaceful with professional staff. Not entirely service oriented but not a problem either.

Excellent hotel with excellent architecture. I myself is fan of old and artistic architecture. Spacious rooms. Clean neat and tidy rooms and an entire property. 100% recommended.

Location is very prime. And premises is very good. We also loved the food and service. Staff are also very supportive.

The hotel ambience was good with good location. The hotel is upgrading itself by addicting some few more amenities. I would suggest to add swimming pool also. Customer service little here and there but overall good.

We were given a room (101) with no intercom, no tv. There's no housekeeping service. The reception is not helpful. There's no one to help you with luggage. The restaurant has zero service mentality. Overall. Please avoid this property.

Location is good, food and amenities not upto the mark, rooms are spacious, but hygiene, lots of mosquitos in the rooms, service also not good

They did not allow us to stay as a family so i tried to cancel my stay in gd hotel. It was a very very trouble situation in which you come to know only entering the hotel and their staff unprofessional behaviour towards the customers and you have to cancel the stay due to that. It is very unfortunate that cancel the stay makemy trip did not supported us and even paid the payment even though i cancel-led on the same day. It was a very bad policy of the gd hotel that they do not allow four people as a family in which adults as parents and two children less than 15 years are allowed to stay in on room. It's a ridiculous experience from both. I decided to book hotel from make mytrip in future.

Even though there weren't any specific requests or special amenities, it's still wonderful to know that the service at hotel. Was excellent. Sometimes, it's the overall experience and the little things that make a difference.

1. Ambience is awesome 2. Room is clean & good with better service 3. Small park is there to walk out 4. Few pets are there to entertain us. 5. Only problem is with their food served to a minimum varieties & if u dont know hindi or gujarathi then it is bit difficult to manage

Room was poorly maintained as opposed to the great look from the outside. Bathroom had a weird smell. When i asked for a soft drink at the restaurant, it wasn’t available. The tata sky wasn’t recharged for an incoming guest and had to call the reception.

Very poor service. Room was not clean. Tv not working without set up box. Intercom phone not working. Not recommended for stay. New and inexperienced staff.

Good highway rest stop hotel with clean rooms and clean bathrooms. The property is amazing, they have two dogs and a horse. The on property restaurant was also amazing, all veg but great tasting food!

It was average hotel. There have no staff. No room management no service nothing to do. Even tv are not working. Nothing to happened there it’s wast of money option. I don’t prefer anybody to go there. It’s to quit restaurant are stop to work there have only kne staaff in reception or no room service and more
