GST Invoice Not Received After Stay at

My stay at Kratos Club was overall fine — the rooms were decent and the service during the stay was satisfactory. However, I faced a major issue with billing. At the time of checkout, the staff assured me that I would receive a GST invoice on my phone. Despite following up multiple times after my stay, I was later informed that the hotel would not be providing any invoice from their side. This kind of response is highly unprofessional and disappointing, especially for business travelers who require proper GST invoices for reimbursement or tax purposes. The management should take this matter seriously and ensure transparency and accountability in their billing process.

conjusted rooms poor breakfast this is not a proper hotel so don't with that mind set if you are getting a chance to have it at 1500 then only go for booking also the towels and stuffs are not good bathroom are not clean

soloIt's more of club offering hobbies, indore sports etc than a hotel. Room offered was poor and had to ask for change. Very few guests staying. Meals have to be ordered from Restaurant in Building and need to paid on delivery in room or at restaurant itself. New Building but sink etc were chocked Price is too high for facilities offered.

soloThey don't have any variety in breakfast. they only have thanda poha and upma. no options for brown bread, dosa or anything. even when I give feedback while I check out they tell me that they have Indian breakfast only. even when I explain for eggetarian and other breakfast related issue their staff teasing me and mimic that eggetarian and vegetarian is different. they are so casual and rude.
