Review Of Hotel Royal Regency

The room was quite dirty with stains all over. The curtains had mold, stains, and a weird smell. The bathroom was small, dirty, and poorly maintained. The food wasn’t great either – it smelled odd or was overcooked. Staff and service were decent and quick, but the whole hotel and room had an unavoidable smell. The TV didn’t work.

We stayed here for one night with my wife and 8-month-old baby, just for an overnight stop. The staff were polite, helpful, and provided excellent service. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, with a clean bathroom. They even arranged an extra bed for the baby free of cost, which was very thoughtful. Overall, a comfortable stay and good value for money.

The rooms have been pleasantly upgraded from 18 months ago. The staff were polite and attentive. Only minor issues are: 1. Room service was a bit slow but they did call and apologise 2. The breakfast is okay but could be better to get 5 stars.

The team are very friendly, helped with all our needs and ensured our laundry was done same day as we had to leave next day. Chirag and the desk are very good at communication like a 5 star hotel.

One of the best hotel in the area. Comfort wise it wise awesome. Food was tasty and price was also reasonable. And the icing on the cake was the behavior of the staff not to forget the room service boys. Everything was perfect providing the best experience for the guest. I would highly recommend this property.
