Just because we don't have extra room for all of you, You gave our listing a very bad review. And yes 100% We (The whole team) really don't appreciate your review. Let me correct you as a caretaker. The whole day we contacted you, just to know whether you are non vegetarian or vegetarian so that we can prepare nicely, but the result was you didn't even receive the call, you didn't even bother to call back, ok that's fine but you know what, when you reach the parking, you brought the whole family. In our listing we mentioned only 2 pax because it's a double occupancy room, but you brought 5 pax including kids. Aren't you already broke the terms and conditions? Please note- this is a wooden cottage, it's not a cement cottage. You know what happens when the cottage is overloaded? But Thank God, we do have an alternative stay (campsite). We instructed you to stay 2 in the tent and 3 in the cottage. But here also you broke our instructions. After 11:13 pm you took the blanket, pillow and tamati mat from the tent and without our permission you moved to the cottage. For the food:- I already mentioned above that we called you but you didn't even bother to pick up the call. For breakfast, I myself the caretaker asked you that in the morning at what time you'll be required the breakfast. You replied - 8 am and you started asking me what kind of breakfast you'll be served? I said, only bread butter/Jam, omelette and tea with some biscuits are available, and you stop you didn't even request vegetarian breakfast or requesting other options, we thought that you'll be happy with that. But in the morning, after we served, suddenly you cancelled it and you said that you don't eat bread, and after a few minutes you start packing up and leave. Yes we don't offer Mineral water, but if you want it, just say it. For the fan:- Sir please, we request you not to give the fault information to the future customers. The fan was already installed when we started receiving guests.

Thanks for the feedback sir. Our property is a part of adventure. Actually no mosquitoes in the property only pests coming from the hills when it rains a lot. That's why we always share the information to the checkin customers that they should control the light in case it rains a lot because this pest always loves to play with bright light and yes during your stay, we can see a bit disappointed because there's a problem with the power supply but we hope we can upgrade this for our lovely customers.
