Provided low standards room , not match the room which we booked

everything was just pathetic.... wrong room, terrible food, extremely bad management.... overall cheater

in one word just like hell. they tried to cancel our booking even after full payment and after that alloted different rooms those were very cheap and shabby. they are nothing but cheater and fraud. food was also so so

The place is listed as Mawlylong but actually located in a place called Shongpdeng. They are 1:30 mins apart. Highlight of Mawlylong is that it is the cleanest village in Asia. We wanted to stay in the village. Bad experience with property owner listing it as both Mawlylong and Shongpedang. Travellers who are not aware of this will get fooled. Makemytrip has no knowledge of this and when contacted the customer support you get this usual reply that we checked with property owner and everything is right . I am going to the consumer court with this issue.

room location were awesome,food was mouth melting,extra plus point was u can see river from room. thank you🙏
