The property was newly built, neat and clean. But not up to the mark. They have a small restaurant there, having some pros and cons. Pros are that restaurant don't serve beef and pork ie. good for us. Pros are food is not tasty. They don't have AC rooms. But this place is little bit warmer than surrounding places like shillong and cherapunji. Bathrooms are neat and clean.

Staffs were very rude. We checked in at 9.00 pm and when requested for late checkout next day at 01.00 pm, they denied the request, despite not having any pressing need to issue the room to next customer. Bedding and bathroom was clean. There is no shelf, TV, Geyser or AC in the room.

Hello sir, we're sorry that you think that we were rude but we weren't. Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability and not assured and the room that you were staying in were was already booked for the day. And as for amenities such as TV, Geyser or AC, these are not shown as provided in the MMT website and hence they were not there. We advise you to book a room with these amenities.

The guest house was good . The location was prime . The overall experience was nice .

Stay at the guest house was good. Though it was somewhat hot and sultry there was no AC available in the room. But the rooms were clean and maintained well. The food in the restaurant downstairs is Okay. But the service is quite poor due to the delay in preparation.
