in one word just like hell. they tried to cancel our booking even after full payment and after that alloted different rooms those were very cheap and shabby. they are nothing but cheater and fraud. food was also so so

Suvadip ji Firstly you should be happy enough that I’m helping you to find another property we already had a talk over the phone regarding your booking I have clearly told you that our rooms are already occupied 1 & half month ago and we already blocked the booking but I don’t know how come you still able to booked at our property may be due to network issues also I don’t know Secondly I already told you to cancel the booking but you choose to stay that why I have to find another property for you & you’ve agreed also Thirdly while check in at the property you did say a word everything was ok but now you’re saying that it’s a terrible stay, just like hell ,fraud & so on how shame of you? Lastly we’re not cheater think before you speak we have provide everything you need (room service) as well but still you’re not satisfied it up to you don’t to blame us everything was going knowingly with your knowledge

The place is listed as Mawlylong but actually located in a place called Shongpdeng. They are 1:30 mins apart. Highlight of Mawlylong is that it is the cleanest village in Asia. We wanted to stay in the village. Bad experience with property owner listing it as both Mawlylong and Shongpedang. Travellers who are not aware of this will get fooled. Makemytrip has no knowledge of this and when contacted the customer support you get this usual reply that we checked with property owner and everything is right . I am going to the consumer court with this issue.
