Stay was good but ac is not working properly when i complain they shifted me another room. But that room a ac is also not working properly. When i called them to check it, one technician had come. He checked and later on he. Mentioned that our bathroom ventilation fan is on. For that reason it was not working properly. That's reason. I was not happy with the room, but otherwise property was good everything is good.

Firstly room was very small for 3 person and tv is not working

We are completely unsatisfied with this stay. It was a terrible stay. There were no proper amenities.the staff here is very ill-mannered.They don't answer any of our queries. We have beforehand enquired about triple sharing room and the hotel had agreed, so we continued with the payment. But at the time of check-in ,they denied giving any confirmation and also denied to give us triple -sharing room and further advising us that you will be able to adjust in double bed. We then asked for extra bedding (Mattress) but they denied it as well. We offered extra price for bedding but still they didn't give us bedding. We had to contact in the middle of night to get a single mattress. It is a very bad service from Oyo as well as MMT to keep this hotel collaboration with them. At the end during checkout, they evn asked money for water which was not even Mineral water. And starting fighting with us. If hotel booking is done here, you would get stuck. Because the location of hotel is in very congested area, not so sanitary place, No proper services provided and the staff has no sense to talk. Very disappointed.
